The Opportunity Makeri Beauty is seeking a highly motivated, results-driven Independent Sales Representative (ISR) to join our growth team. As we expand our footprint in the premium beauty market, we are looking for partners who thrive in autonomous environments and are motivated by the direct correlation between effort and results.
This is a performance-based independent contractor role. There is no base salary; compensation is exclusively via a competitive, generous commission structure on gross sales. This role is ideal for an ambitious individual who values high reward and seeks the freedom to architect their own income and schedule.
Your Role as an ISR
- Strategic Autonomy: You will act as an independent representative of the Makeri Beauty brand. You are responsible for creating your own sales plan, identifying prospects, and managing your own pipeline.
- Revenue Generation: Drive revenue by securing sales within your professional network or identified target markets.
- Professional Representation: Maintain the high standards of the "Quiet Luxury" aesthetic and brand values of Makeri Beauty in every interaction.
- Self-Management: As an independent partner, you operate with full autonomy. You determine your own engagement levels and outreach methods.

Commission Structure & Terms
